October 16, 2014: Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo will adapt its schedule to cope with the expected demand increase for the Winter 2014/15 season. As of October 26th, an overall 132 main deck frequencies will be available weekly, with strong focus on Americas and Asia.
Both west (Los Angeles-LAX) and east (New York-JFK) US coast will be serviced daily out of Amsterdam Schiphol (SPL) with a B747-Combi. All in all, we will offer no less than 20 weekly palletized flights to/from Los Angeles and 65 weekly palletized flights to/from New York.
Additional to the already existing 5 weekly B777 Freighter frequencies on Air France Cargo out of Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Martinair Cargo will operate a weekly MD11 Freighter flight to Chicago (ORD) from SPL.
To and from Asia, Japan will also be very much under the spotlight. Air France will keep its twice daily passenger service to Tokyo Haneda (HND) and its daily service to Tokyo Narita. KLM will add two extra B747 Combi frequencies to Tokyo Narita. Overall, Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo will operate no less than 4 daily frequencies between its two European hubs of Paris and Amsterdam and its two Tokyo stations of Narita and Haneda.
