MOSCOW: December 27, 2018. The JSC United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Rail Alliance (UTLC ERA) says it has operated 3,000 trains between Europe and China in 2018 with the last leaving Nuremberg on December 07 for Chengdu.

The train consised of 41 40-foot containers and routed via Siemianówka, Poland; Svislach, Belorussia and Dostyk, Kazakhstan.

UTLC ERA says it launched a regular container service via Svislach in March this year and by the end of November volumes had reached a record 245,000 TEUs – up 58 percent over the same period last year.

Company shareholders are JSC Russian Railways, the National Union Belarusian Railway and JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.
