September 18, 2015: Amazon has introduced India's first integrated payments and logistics offering for ecommerce websites. Brands and businesses who want to sell through their own website can now use 'Pay with Amazon' for order management and 'Amazon Easy Ship' for delivery and fulfillment.

The integrated offering allows businesses to scale and grow their business at low operational costs by leveraging Amazon's investments in payments, logistics and customer service.

Sellers and brands can enable buyers on their website to use their Amazon account, pay through a wide variety of payment methods including COD and get their products delivered using Amazon's delivery infrastructure.

Pay with Amazon helps merchants grow their online business by increasing conversions and reducing fraud. Buyers on these e-commerce websites that accept the service can use payment methods stored in their Amazon account to pay for goods.

Amazon Easy Ship is an assisted shipping service that makes it easy for sellers to ship products across India, an innovation specifically designed for India.

With Amazon Easy Ship, after order confirmation, sellers pick and pack the shipment, confirm to Amazon that they are ready to ship and Amazon collects the shipment and ensures that the product is delivered to the customer.

Sellers benefit from low shipping rates, COD and pre-paid orders, scheduled pickups, faster delivery and automated shipment tracking. Customers get track-able shipments, COD and pre-paid orders and faster and predictable delivery time.
